FAQ
When will my order ship?
Premade items are generally shipped within a week. Currently custom or Made-to-Order (MTO) items may take up to 4-6 weeks to dispatch. If your order includes both custom or MTO items and premade items it will be shipped when the custom/MTO items are ready.
How long does it take to deliver?
Once we’ve shipped your order it really depends on where you are! In our experience, it takes about 2-4 days to get to domestic locations in NZ, but can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for international deliveries. All our shipments are tracked and you will be sent a tracking link on dispatch.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes! Your order will be dispatched in a plain cardboard box, declared as a “silicone sculpture” for international shipments.
Our return address is on the shipping label, but the company name is Future Image.
Why can't I find a UK shipping option?
Due to VAT rules we can only ship orders to the UK that are over £135 (including postage). Try increasing your order value. If that doesn't work please contact us. Note that all orders are shipped VAT unpaid and it is the buyers responsibility to pay any VAT or duties.

Why can't I find a shipping option to an EU country?
Due to EU packaging regulations it is currently uneconomic to send our packages to some EU countries (including Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden). We are very sorry about this situation and if it changes we will gladly resume shipping to customers in those countries!
Are your toys bodysafe?
Our toys are made from bodysafe platinum cure silicone and can be sanitised with boiling water if necessary. We also use skin safe silicone pigments and cosmetic micas, so our toys should give you healthy, safe pleasure over and over again if cared for properly.
How should I clean my silicone toys?
For general cleaning, soap (or toy cleaner) and hot water is works well. Coat your toy with plenty of soap and work it in generously. Rinse and let it air dry.
You can also put your toys on the top shelf of the dishwasher and run them through a cleaning cycle (not recommended for toys made with NearClear or SortaClear silicone due to the heat). Just remember not to mix your toys and your dishes!
If you need a bit more cleaning power you can mix up some water and bleach in a 10% solution – or a 10:1 ratio of water to bleach (NEVER boil any solution containing bleach). Wash them as above with soap and water then soak your toys for an hour or two in the bleach solution. Then wash with soap and hot water to remove any bleach solution. Rinse thoroughly and let air dry.
Alternatively you can drop your toy in a pot of water and bring it to a full boil. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes and then let it cool. Wash with soap and water, rinse thoroughly and let air dry. This is not recommended for toys made with NearClear or Sortaclear silicone.
Always make sure your silicone items are dry before returning them to storage.
What lube should I use?
Please only use waterbased lube, silicone lube may damage your toy. Silicone may also be listed as "dimethicone" in the ingredients, particularly for hybrid lubricants. We do not recommend hybrid lube.
Firmness - What is Shore hardness?
The shore scale is the industry standard method of measuring the firmness of flexible materials such as silicone. The shore scale has three brackets (00, A, and D). Each bracket has a sliding scale of numbers, the lower the number the softer the silicone in that bracket. 00-30 is the softest silicone we currently offer and 20A is the firmest. Please remember that while the silicone shore scale (00-30, 00-50, 10A) doesn't change between shops, what some shops consider a soft, medium or hard silicone for their toys may differ.
We currently offer several different firmnesses (although we may not always have stock of each firmness):
- Super Soft: 00-20
- Soft: 00-30
- Medium: 00-50
- Firm: 10A
- Extra Firm: 18A or 20A
Occasionally there may be some minor variation in firmness due to differences in the silicone manufacturing process. These are generally not easily noticeable and are well outside of our control.
How should I store my toy?
Always make sure your toy is clean and dry before storage. Silicone toys should NOT be stored with or touching toys made from or containing Jelly, TPE, Rubber, PVC, UR3, RealSkin, SiliSkin etc as storing silicone with toys made in those materials will likely damage both of your toys.
Refunds, Repours and Returns
We do not issue "change of mind refunds" or cancellations, please ensure you are happy with your order before you purchase.
We take photos in a bright professional lighting setup, colours may look somewhat different on your screen or in person. Whilst we do our best to accurately represent the item we do not offer refunds for issues related to this.
Please also note that whilst we do our best to match the prompt for custom orders silicone is a liquid medium, we are human, and there will be some variability. We do not offer refunds or repours on custom orders unless they meet the criteria below.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure no defective items are sent to customers errors do unfortunately sometimes happen. If you believe you have been sent an item that is an unmarked flop, not bodysafe, or is not the item you purchased please contact us, preferably before unsealing the bag. However please remember that these are handmade items and may have cosmetic imperfections, small mold quirks, or may not match the example photos exactly. In the process of investigating this we may, at our discretion, request photographs, arrange a viewing time agreeable to both parties, or have the goods shipped to us at our expense.
If we decide an item is defective we will, at our discretion, replace the item or refund the total cost of the goods and shipping. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the goods and shipping supplied. We may require you to return the item for us to use as a display item (not to be resold) or destroy the item before we will issue a refund or replacement. Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method.

Yes we do! You can find out more here. Note that whilst we provide generous discounts for our affiliates, in the majority of cases we do not provide free samples unless we can see a strong historical pattern suggesting there will be a return on our investment.
